Description
Albert compressors
Fine separators that have been in use for a longer time become clogged and have a higher ∆P.
This increases the machine‘s energy demand significantly and may also result in damage or complete destruction of the compressor or downstream equipment. To help prevent this, our
compressors are equipped with the Atmos Care electronic system, which monitors the service intervals for you and warns you in advance of the need for service.
Atoms Care:
- Guarantees savings in operating costs (energy saving, oil saving)
- Protects the compressor and accessories from damage.
- Ensures timely and professional service and thus long service life of compressors
Screw Compressors for workshop operations: Albert
Albert compressors are designed for a wide range of applications, from large craft workshops to small to medium-sized industrial enterprises. Their power range (4 kW – 22 kW) and their equipment (air receiver, integrated dryer, compressed air filter) make them suitable for installations in small to medium-sized workshops. The basic building block of the Albert compressors is a robust slow-running screw block directly connected to the motor and cooling fan. This design guarantees high efficiency, reliability, very low noise and low vibration. The compressors can be supplied in a Standard version without a body or in a Comfort version with a sheet metal body on a horizontal or, for the E.50 K and E.65 K models, a vertical air receiver. The machine operation is controlled either by a pressure switch or by the modern LOGIK 26-S control unit. The Vario machines are equipped with a Danfoss frequency converter./p>
Benefits
high efficiency
direct connection between block and motor
energy-saving cooling system
reliability achieved by reducing the number of components
very low vibration
long service life due to compact design
low noise level due to low speed
Open machines without canopy
The B100 screw block is of robust construction and it
is designed with a power reserve. Thanks to this, the
machines work at very low speeds and are therefore very
quiet. These machines can be operated without canopy.
The open version offers excellent service access.
* machines E.50 and E.65 can alternatively be offered in the canopy.
